PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We have been in property management since 1988.  I owned and managed a 12 plex in Leitchfield.  Since 2002, we have owned and rented some personally owned cabins at Rough River.  I have seen the need for more lake rentals grow and prices increase.  If you choose us, we will handle your property like it was our own.  Many cabins around the lake now rent from $100.00 to $300.00 per night.  All property managed by Seana Property Services.EXAMPLE

You provide us with the dates the property is available and we attempt to rent it during those dates.  We provide all the labor and advertising at no cost to you.  The cabin will be cleaned and ready for your next visit.  You receive a complete accounting statement by the 10th of each month and a check for your part of the rent.

EXAMPLE

You don't use your property from June 1 thru June 7.  We, as your agent, rent it for $1,500 commission is 30% your check received by July 10 $1,050 the property is cleaned and ready for your next visit.

HANDYMAN SERVICE

You need someone for that little job or just someone to help you for the day.  We have it!  As with all our services you will receive a free estimate.  This could be for something such as:  Repairing a deck - a hand around the house for a day - moving an appliance - changing a light bulb - no job to small.

CLEANING AND MAID SERVICE

Need your home or cabin cleaned call today.  Whether it is for once a day, weekly or for the entire year.  We have the people for you.  This service could include an entire house cleaning - going to the grocery and stocking your home - shampooing your carpet.

SUB-CONTRACTORS SERVICE

For a small fee less than the cost of the gas to come here, we can put you in touch with a professional contractor.  Room additions - new decks - roofing - painting.  From putting you in touch to over seeing the entire job.

You need it done, we'll get it done.

SECURITY AND STORM CHECKS

We will provide a monthly or weekly property check with storm service.  A check sheet will be placed in your camp and signed and dated by the individual after each inspection.

We are working with licensed electricians and plumbers to provide you with a quick and easy service.  From winterizing to new construction.
